General Trading Rules
All markets are settled using official results announced by the relevant governing body or competition authority. The company reserves the right to suspend or void bets, limit accounts, or reject winnings where fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicate, VPN-based, or otherwise illegitimate activity is detected. Unless a market rule states otherwise, only confirmed winning bets may be voided in such cases.
Where a provider-side technical error or market suspension occurs and the market does not resume, previously matched bets remain valid and settlement may be based on the result status at the time of suspension. Live streaming, scoreboards, timers, animation, and other third-party data may be delayed or inaccurate and are provided as-is. Any reliance on such data is entirely at the user's own risk.
Football Rules
- Bookmaker and match winner bets apply to full regular time including stoppage time only. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market specifically says otherwise.
- If a match does not take place within 48 hours of the original kickoff time, all related bets are void. Walkovers, forfeits, or matches awarded without kickoff are void for settlement purposes.
- Confirmed postponed selections in multiples or accumulators are treated as void legs and the bet continues on the remaining valid selections.
- Kickoff changes made in advance for television scheduling or fixture congestion are not treated as postponements.
- For VAR reversals, matched bets placed between the goal and the end of the review on a cancelled goal are void. For cancelled red cards, bets matched after the review starts are void.
- Abandoned matches are void unless the specific market has already been unconditionally determined.
- Own goals count for the team officially credited with the goal. Awarded but untaken corners do not count. Cards shown after the final whistle do not count.
- Tournament goals include goals in regular time and extra time, but not penalty shootouts. Tournament corners count only in 90 minutes. Tournament penalty converted or missed markets count penalties in regular time, extra time, and shootouts.
- If a provider market such as Match Odds or Over/Under is suspended by technical error and never reopens, all matched bets placed before suspension remain valid and may be settled according to the position at suspension.
Tennis Rules
- If the first set is not completed and a player retires or is disqualified, all match winner bets are void.
- After the first set is completed, match winner bets are settled in favor of the opponent if a player retires or is disqualified.
- Game Winner markets are settled on the nominated game only. If that game is not completed, bets are void unless the outcome was already determined. Tie-break points do not count for Game Winner markets unless the market specifically states otherwise.
- Under/Over Games markets are settled if the unfinished set has a natural conclusion that already determines the outcome. If the result is still undecided, bets are void.
- If a provider market such as Match Odds, Over/Under, Game Winner, or Point Winner is suspended by technical error and never reopens, all bets matched before suspension remain valid and may be settled according to the current result at suspension.
- Live score, timer, animation, and video feeds may be delayed or inaccurate and are supplied without warranty.
Cricket Rules
- Official scorecards and official competition results are used for settlement. DLS or other officially adopted result methods are valid where applicable.
- If a match, series, or league is postponed or rescheduled before any ball is bowled, all bets are void. If play has started and the event continues on a reserve day, all valid bets remain active.
- Where a trophy is officially shared, all related winner bets are void unless the market rules specifically state otherwise.
- Super Over bookmaker markets continue into subsequent Super Overs until an official winner is declared, unless a market rule states otherwise.
- Penalty runs count in cricket fancy, line, innings, and total markets unless a market rule explicitly excludes them.
- For innings, over, session, and event markets, the required overs, balls, or conditions shown for that market must be met unless the result has already become unconditional. If the event is incomplete and the requirement is not met, bets are void.
- If a batting side is all out before the defined overs for an event, balance overs may be carried into the next innings only where the specific market rules permit this treatment.
- For player, partnership, bowler, and opening batter markets, named players must participate in the required role for the market to stand. Injury, retirement, declarations, or substitutions are settled according to the specific market state and the official score at the point the relevant condition is met.
- If a provider-side technical error suspends a bookmaker, match, or fancy market and it does not resume, all bets matched before suspension remain valid and settlement may be based on the current haar/jeet position or current official result state.
- Queries regarding rates or results must be raised within 7 days of the event. After that, the result stands as final.
- The company may void winning bets and apply penalties where ground betting, punching, group betting, duplicate IP activity, robotic or scripted activity, or other suspicious behavior is detected.
- Live scores, streaming, and animation are third-party services and may be delayed or inaccurate. Users place bets at their own risk based on that information.
Management and Finality
Management decisions are final in matters concerning market suspension, score discrepancies, technical failures, provider outages, suspicious activity, and rule interpretation. Trade-specific special markets may have additional market-level conditions shown at the time of betting, and those conditions form part of the contract for settlement.
